This is an interesting study and one that I have seen recently in my own practice. If we can name our negative emotions than it forces us to stop avoiding them and fully accept that they are there. My clients that have been able to do this have reported greater success in this area. This article helps to add some evidence to what I have seen. Thanks for posting
