I think boredom brings a sense of frustration with myself. After all it is a result of inaction. That inactivity makes me more insecure which in turn leads to verbal discord with anyone close to me. In a way the moment I am bored I become hyper aware of it which of course leads me into overthinking.
Understandable. From what you shared, it feels like you are being too hard on yourself. If you are comparing yourself with outsiders and their lives, then you should understand that all what we see isn't the truth. Try to go out more and find activities that you might enjoy doing. You are perfect the way you are. I hope that helps :)

I rather pick a fight with a close one when I am bored. Sleep mostly deprives me under any and every circumstance.
That's very interesting. Can you share such of an experience?
