Hello,
This year comes to a wrap.
You achieved & accomplished a lot of things. Congratulations for that.
Psych delved into various new experiments, exploring different avenues of effort:-
Experimented another Special Series - Dreams, Water, Music, Birthday, Workout.
Explored new format and styles of writing in emails. (Did you notice? 👀)
Covered more peculiar researches and studies over biases and fallacies.
Some Major Achievements that we celebrated were:-
The newsletter celebrated it’s 3rd year anniversary!
The community is now of more than 1000+ folks.
New project came to light, FlowStateTraining, to improve focus and productivity.
Published The Psych Handbook with 150+ insights on Kindle/Amazon.
Released a literal book version of The Psych Handbook on Amazon. (Big thanks to you!)
But we also had our shortcomings:-
“Psych Support Group” received limited engagement, leading to its discontinuation.
LearnPsychology.co ceased operations due to financial constraints, impeding its growth trajectory. (You can still find it here).
The Brain Psych Podcast Season 2 was shelved due to shifting priorities & resource constraints.
Fell short of targets: 1363/5000 on Instagram, 97/1000 on YouTube, and 1000/10000 subscribers.
As we gear up for the next year, I want to share my goals and plans for our community openly.
My primary focus is on taking this community to 10k folks—we've achieved just 10% of that goal so far.
I plan to double down on not only writing but also creating, researching, compiling more value to help you become a better person. This time, going all into it.
TheBrainPsych will be the definite home to more psychological resources, books, media, and quizzes! (Some are already there for you!)
But hey, I'd love to hear about your goals too! And for that, I'm considering starting a monthly initiative where we come together to share progress & achieve our goals.
This will be an intimate, niche club for those serious about completing their life goals.
Anyhow, I will keep you informed about the things that we do here. It’ll be fun :)
Lastly, I am genuinely grateful for your time. Thank you for sticking around with this small community of psychology enthusiasts.
Have a great rest of the holidays. Wish you the best new year!
Best regards,
Vaibhav
